24 Hours of Le Mans Posters and Memorabilia Shop

These flyers were handed out at the race to spectators to show them around the track.

Very scarce as most of them were tossed away after the race or disappeared into the mists of time.

The cover follows the design of the 1967 race poster which was based on aa color photograph of the starting grid of the 1966 edition by Andre Delourmel from the city of Le Mans. It prominently features the # 29 Ferrari 275 GTB/C S/N 09035 of Piers Courage and Roy Pike who would be the highest finishing Ferrari in 1966 with their 8th place.

Mint condition!

It measures 5.4 x 8.4 inches and unfolds to 21.6 x 8.4 inches.

This decal is made as a so-called "inside window sticker" so it is basically in mirror-script.

It measures some 9 x 2.5 inches or 22 x 6 cm.

Very good condition for its age.

Here we have an UNUSED, original, 1967 "displacement verification" sheet for the 1967 running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Back in those days, the engine had to be opened up at the technical verification after which the exact displacement was measured. Then the engine was reassembled and sealed for the race.

This is an original, unused, sheet onto which all the data was written down and which was elementery for the approval of the car.

Would be a GREAT addition to your Le Mans collection or how great this would look with your ca. 1967 race car!

This is a ca. 20 year old print from the original negative of the 1967 photo of the Scuderia Ferrari factory entered Ferrari 330P4 S/N 0858 of Ludovico Scarfiotti and Mike Parkes en route to second overall in the 1967 24 Hours of Le Mans.

It shows the car rounding the famous Mulsanne corner and heading towards Indianapolis and Arnage.

The car in question was later modified significantly, first to barchetta spec and then to Can-Am Group 7 Spider spec and now seems to reside in the USA.

The photo measures some 21 x 16 cm or 8 x 6 inches.

The back carries the photographer's stamp.

It is in mint condition.

This is the June 10 1967 issue of local Le Mans newspaper "Le Maine Libre" which was a "24 Heures du Mans Special" and contains 24 pages filled to the brim with articles, stats and information on the qualifying, tests, cars, track, drivers etc. and of course loads of contemporary advertising which are a treat by themselves!

The only Ferrari entered was the one of Chris Amon who dropped out of the race in lap 47 due to throttle problems.
