EXTREMELY RARE!
This is an original arm band worn during the 1956 24 Heures du Mans by a mechanic in charge of refueling.
For this race, Wilkie was the team manager (and co-founder) of Ecurie Ecosse who won the race with their Jaguar D-Type, driven by Ron Flockhart & Ninian Sanderson.
A MONUMENTAL piece of Le Mans, Jaguar AND Ecurie Ecosse history that came from the estate of Wilkie Wilkinson!
The race was won by Ron Flockhart & Ninian Sanderson in their Jaguar D-Type with a total of 300 laps to their name.

This is the original badge worn by Wilkie Wilkinson (co-founder of Ecurie Ecosse) during the 1964 24 Heures du Mans.
For this race, Wilkie was present to co-manage the Maranello Consessionaires entries which consisted of the # 14 Ferrari 330P of Graham Hill & Joakim Bonnier (S/N 0818) which finished second and the # 25 Ferrari 250 GTO (S/N 4399GT) of Innes Ireland & Tony Maggs who finished 6th.
A GREAT piece of Le Mans history that came from the estate of Wilkie Wilkinson!
